Naomh Olaf Club Notes

The mini All-Ireland series was a great success and there was a large attendance at the finals on Friday. Well done to everybody involved, and particularly to coaches Darren Egan and Johnnie McGrath. Photos have been uploaded to the website.
Dates for summer camp are, weeks commencing July 12 to 19 and August 9 to 16. Full details are posted on the front page of the website and application forms are available for download.
Congratulations to Derek Dowling on his recent engagement to Jenny King, of Enniskerry.
Congratulations also to Maylis and Sean Muldoon on the birth of a baby girl, Emma, a first grandchild for Rita and Pat Muldoon, Clonard.

Ballyboden St Enda’s Club Notes

There were good wins for the senior B and junior C hurlers.
Congratulations to Peter Buckeridge, Niall McMorrow and Finn McGarry on reaching the Leinster U-21 hurling final and to Ciaran Maguire and players on reaching Leinster minor hurling final.
The U-16 hurlers did superbly to reach the semi-finals of Carlow Town All-Ireland blitz.
Congratulations to junior hurler Kevin and Vicki Dooley on the birth of Bobby.
Well done to Fergal Ó’Riain for organising the first handball blitz in the club for juveniles.

Ballyboden Wanderers Club Notes

Yet another winner of the lotto jackpot this week.
Congratulations to Linda Molloy. Numbers drawn were 6, 16 and 22; €25 goes to Alan Lalor, Molly and Claw, Sean Burke, Valerie Boyne. Next week’s jackpot is €500.
This is a big week of league fixtures ahead. Junior As play St Enda’s at Pairc Ui Murchu, Firhouse Road on Sunday, July 4 at 10.30am. Contact Conor on 086 819 2566 for details. Junior Bs will be playing St Francis Gaels on Thursday, July 1 at 7.45pm in Frank Kelly Park. All support welcome.

Stars Of Erin Club Notes

There were no games for any of the teams last weekend.
The club’s summer camp starts on Monday, July 5 to 9. Fun games of hurling and football for boys and girls aged five to eight years in the beautiful Dublin mountains.

Weekly draw takes place every Sunday in the Step Inn, all support is greatly welcomed.

St Pat’s Palmerstown Club Notes

CLUB shop open this Wednesday 6 to 7.15pm and will then close until July 3.

Round Towers Club Notes

THE junior hurlers were beaten by Naomh Fionbarra in the league while the junior footballers drew with Lucan Sarsfields in the league.

The 32nd annual club Mass for deceased members takes place in the clubrooms on July 7 at 8pm.
The Club Committee wishes to invite all members, past and present and also relatives and friends of deceased members to attend and asks that, if possible, people be seated by 7.45pm.
Bingo continues on Tuesday nights from 8.30pm in the clubhouse.
€10 for a book of 11 games one of which is a Jackpot Rollover.
Between the Posts is now available online on the club site. Round Tower GAA Club presents ‘A Night At the Dogs’ on Friday, July 2.
The night is taking place at Harold’s Cross Greyhound Stadium and tickets  cost €10.
These will entitle the bearer to admission to Harolds Cross, transport to and from the GAA Club and entry to a Euro 1,000 buster draw.
Music will be provided in the club rooms on the night by Johnny Peters and tickets can be purchased from Paddy Delaney, Jimmy Lee or Dick Keane.
This week’s Lotto numbers were 4, 9, 12, 22. There was no winner of this weeks Jackpot of €11,000.

Westmanstown Gaels Club Notes

WELL done to everybody who took part in the Family and Sports day in Westmanstown on Saturday.
A well-attended event was finished off with a challenge match between the parents and coaches of the juvenile section against the Garda team.
A special award was presented to George Kyne and Grace O’Boyle for their hard work on starting the club over five years ago.
Summer Camp starts July 5 at 10am in the GAA grounds of Westmanstown  register on the day or download the forms from http://www.westmanstowngaels.ie
Some teams will be training or playing challenge matches throughout the summer, ask your mentor for details, the nursery is taking its summer break.
