St Pat’s Palmerstown Club Notes

The junior hurlers progressed to championship semi-final following their midweek win over Wild Geese, and also recorded a league win against Clan Na Gael at the weekend. The senior hurlers had another fine league victory at home against St Peregrine’s.

The senior camogie side play their first championship match this Tuesday, August 18 at home to St Peregrine’s at 7pm. The junior footballers take on Erin’s Isle this Thursday, August 20 at home in the championship at 7.15pm, and are also at home in the league on Sunday against Ballinteer St John’s at 11am, while the senior footballers also at home this Saturday in league against Round Towers (C) at 6.30pm.

The third and final summer camp is in progress this week until Friday. You can still join in the fun, which includes a trip to the now-famous Museum in Croke Park on Thursday. For information, call coach Paul at 087 661 3104.

Commiserations to St Pat’s minor footballer Darragh Stapleton on the exit of the Dublin minor footballers, but you can be proud of your own performance.

Lotto numbers drawn were 7, 16, 21 and 23. There was no winner of the €8,600 jackpot. Match any three numbers winners were A & K Fagan, and Mick Connolly, and each receive €100. Next week’s jackpot is €8,800. Draw held each Sunday night at 10pm in the Palmerstown House.
